Terms of Use — Scientific Calculator
These terms apply when you use the Scientific Calculator app ("the app") from CoreHRX ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app
We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for any lawful purpose: study, work or anything else. The app is free. It has no ads, no accounts and no in-app purchases.
The terms of the store you downloaded it from also apply: the Google Play Terms of Service, or Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where they conflict with these terms, the store's terms apply for downloads from that store.
Accuracy of results
The app is designed to be accurate, and it calculates exactly wherever an exact answer exists. Even so, no software is free of errors, and a result is only as good as what was entered.
- Before you rely on a result where a mistake could cause harm or loss (for example in engineering, construction, medicine, finance or law), check it by another method.
- Many schools and exams do not allow calculator apps. Before using the app in a test or exam, check that your rules permit it; that is your responsibility.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CoreHRX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by relying on a result from the app. As the app is free, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded or limited.
What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app, or publish modified versions of it.
- Remove or change our name, icon or notices in the app.
- Reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- Use the app to break any law.
Intellectual property
The app, its name, icon, design and help content belong to CoreHRX. The app also includes open-source software and fonts used under their own licences, listed in Settings → About → Open-source licences.
Privacy
The app collects no personal data. The Privacy Policy explains what the app stores on your device.
Changes
We may update the app, change its features, or stop offering it. We may also change these terms. If we do, we will post the new version at this address with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
